Scope of calculations

WellFreq is a calculation aid implementing methods from PTC 19.3 TW-2016 (R2025), within the limits and assumptions stated in the software and reports. It does not constitute ASME certification or a guarantee of overall compliance or installation safety.

User responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the supplied data, material selection, service conditions, the chosen scope of application and the use of results. Before manufacture, installation or operation, results must be checked and validated by a qualified professional against actual conditions and all applicable requirements. Manufacture, installation, operation, inspection and maintenance remain the responsibility of the parties carrying out those activities.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, R&P Consulting is not liable for damage, loss or accidents insofar as they result from incorrect or incomplete data supplied by the client, use outside the stated scope of application, unvalidated modifications, or failure to comply with installation, operating or maintenance requirements. Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or other matters protected by mandatory law.

Calculation services on request

When R&P Consulting is commissioned to perform calculations, the scope, input data, deliverables and respective obligations are set out in a separate quotation or contract. This page does not replace the commitments made in that contract.
