Professional customers
WellFreq is supplied by R&P Consulting SComm, 445 Pavé Du Roeulx, 7110 Strépy-Bracquegnies, Belgium. Enterprise number 0730.636.662; VAT BE0730.636.662. Contact: contact@r-p-consulting.be. The service is exclusively for professional use. The purchaser must be authorised to bind the business and provide accurate business, billing and tax information. International availability depends on supported payments and applicable legal restrictions.
Service and engineering responsibility
WellFreq supports thermowell vibration calculations within the methods, data, assumptions and limits stated in the application and reports. It does not certify the installation or guarantee overall conformity or safety. R&P Consulting is independent of ASME and claims no ASME approval. The customer checks the inputs, material, service conditions, geometry and mounting. A qualified professional must review the results before manufacture, installation or operation. The use and responsibility information complements these terms.
Offers and prices
Prices are in euros excluding tax: €10 per credit, €399 per month or €4,309.20 per year, paid annually in advance. One credit unlocks one study, including its recalculations and report revisions. Unused credits do not expire and are not automatically replenished. Subscriptions cover one user and unlimited studies during the active period. Credits are not consumed during an active subscription; the unused balance remains afterwards. The payment summary shows applicable taxes and the total. Professional status does not automatically imply tax exemption.
Orders and payment
Choose an offer, check billing details and the payment summary, and pay through Stripe. Access rights are granted after payment confirmation. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, contact R&P Consulting with the order reference, without sending card data. The applicable terms are identified by version at purchase.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew at the chosen interval until cancelled. Cancel in the customer portal before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The portal also provides invoices and payment-method updates. Ordinary cancellation gives no prorated refund for a change of mind. Unused credits are not refundable for a change of mind. Duplicate billing, services not supplied and mandatory legal rights are handled separately. Refund requests are reviewed by R&P Consulting.
Availability, service closure and account closure
Maintenance may temporarily interrupt access. Keep your own copies of essential studies and reports. For a planned permanent service closure, customers receive at least 30 days’ notice and may export their studies and reports during that period. Unused credits and the prepaid subscription portion not supplied are refunded. If an urgent event prevents this notice, customers are informed as soon as possible and their rights remain preserved. Request account closure by email after exporting your files and cancelling any subscription. Account closure does not remove existing payment obligations; any credit balance follows the refund rules above.
Separate services
Excel datasheet studies, training in WellFreq and the underlying physics, multi-user arrangements and integrations require a separate quotation or agreement specifying price, scope and deliverables. A contact enquiry is not an order or payment. Software access does not automatically include these services.
Complaints and changes
Contact contact@r-p-consulting.be to seek an amicable resolution. Mandatory rights and statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable. Changes affecting a subscription are communicated before application, do not retroactively change an already paid period and preserve the option to cancel before the affected renewal.
